The Barnes & Noble Instagram account was analyzed in order to identify goals and plans to improve the company's performance on the platform. Competitors were identified, and content was analyzed for both the company and competitors. Based on the audience research, a persona was created based on the target audience. A SWOT analysis identified the major opportunities for Barnes & Noble, and from there recommendations for content, hashtag conversations, and audience engagement were provided.
