This proposal offers suggestions to increase the faculty and student morale at ASU. Research was conducted to determine methods that would yield results and each method was broken down into various subsections to better organize the proposal. A schedule was proposed as well to show the timeline of each method and sources were provided to strengthen the argument of each section.
